The IntegraMed® Shared Risk® Refund Program
Patients that qualify for this Program pay IntegraMed® a flat fee for
up to 3 stimulated IVF cycles
and 3 frozen embryo transfers. When the patient takes a baby home
from the hospital, IntegraMed®
has earned the fee. If the patient completes the Program and does not
take a baby home, a
significant portion of the Program fee is refunded (70% for participants
in a non donor treatment
plan and 100% for participants enrolled in a donor treatment plan),
preserving resources for other
family building options. Unlike other refund programs, the IntegraMed® Shared
Risk Refund
Program defines success as taking a baby home, not getting pregnant.

IVF Florida has no ownership or financial interest in IntegraMed®.
IntegraMed® pays us for
each IVF cycle attempted. Patients enrolled in this financial Program
will be treated with the same
care and respect that we give all of our patients. Patients are under
no obligation to participate in
this Program and are free to drop out of the Program at any time
between cycles.
IntegraMed Financial Services
Our patients have the option to finance any type of infertility treatment
through Capital One
Healthcare Finance with an unsecured loan at a rate as low as 1.99%.
If they choose to use
IntegraMed Pharmaceutical Services Inc. to fill their prescriptions,
patients have the unique
opportunity to finance the cost of medications as well. Loan applications
are subject to credit
approval. There are no hidden costs and no prepayment penalties.
