Steven J. Ory, M.D., is subspecialty certified in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, has over 25 years' experience in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility, and has published over 170 abstracts, articles, and book chapters. After completing his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Mayo Graduate School of Medicine in Rochester, Minnesota, and his fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina, he served as the Director of the Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Clinics at Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois. In 1985 he returned to the Mayo Clinic, where he served as Chairman of the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Director of the Fellowship Program in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility for 10 years. In 1995, Steven J. Ory, M.D., joined our Fort Lauderdale-area practice, becoming the third infertility specialist at IVF Florida Reproductive Associates.
Steven J. Ory, M.D., currently serves as Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Florida International University and Voluntary Associate Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Miami. He is a past president of the Fort Lauderdale Obstetrics and Gynecology Society, the Society for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, and the Society for Humanism in Medicine, and serves as an examiner for the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Steven J. Ory, M.D., completed his undergraduate education at Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia, before entering Baylor College of Medicine. He completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Mayo Clinic School of Medicine and his Fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology at Duke University.
In addition to Assisted Reproductive Technologies, Steven J. Ory, M.D., has a special interest in the diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis, hormone replacement therapy, and ectopic pregnancy. He also has an interest in the surgical treatment of fibroids.
